At Smiles for Wheels, every item we create is personalized and made-to-order with your chosen photos and details. Because of the unique nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind or are not satisfied with the personalization you approved.
However, your satisfaction matters to us, and we stand by the quality of our work:

If your order arrives damaged in transit, or if the product you receive is not as advertised (e.g., wrong item, incorrect customization, or significant printing issue), we will gladly remake the product at no additional cost.

To process a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.

We cannot accept returns of personalized items for reasons outside of damage or error.
